About the client

VezessJol is a driver-education business with a unique mission: helping people who already have a driving licence but lack confidence or have not driven in years return to the road safely. Their typical customer is often a mother who feels anxious about driving with her child in the car and wants guided, confidence-building practice.

The company runs two business lines. One offers practice driving for licensed drivers, the other is a newly launched driving-school branch preparing complete beginners from scratch. While the new venture was only just starting, the existing business had been stagnating and struggling to grow.

The challenge

Challenges

Several obstacles were holding growth back:

  • There was no internal financial analytics to support decisions
  • The website converted poorly, keeping customer acquisition costs high
  • The business model and pricing were not working and needed a complete rethink
  • The user journey was full of friction and caused substantial churn
  • The core business was stagnating, and the new beginner-focused school started with zero clients
  • A full business plan had to be created for the new driving school
  • A new website, system integrations and a complete marketing funnel were needed from scratch
Approach

Audit first, then rebuild

We began with a complete audit of the business, its customers and its marketing. This included a detailed market analysis, a price comparison, and a review of how someone becomes a client and how the user journey should ideally look. Once the business plan and marketing plan were ready, we moved into implementation.

Once the business plan was approved, we began transforming the business model, which included rethinking internal processes and restructuring the website. Working closely with the internal team, we created financial analytics to support decision making and helped digitalize processes so the company could operate more efficiently and scale on stable foundations.

Design

Website & brand design

We redesigned both websites to reflect VezessJol’s premium positioning and make the information easier to absorb. The focus was on rethinking the user journey and improving the return on paid advertising with a better-converting site.

  • A clear visual hierarchy for the most important content and calls to action
  • Simplified main navigation so visitors could quickly find the right course
  • Sharpened key messages and USPs that clearly communicate the school’s value
  • Special attention to mobile usability, since most organic traffic came from mobile
Development

Built to be maintained

Our development team built the site in a WordPress environment, making it flexible, reliable and easy to maintain.

  • Web development

Site structure, templates and smooth content management, so the team can update the site with ease.

  • E-Titán integration

We connected the school’s central database, E-Titán, so new students can sign up through the website without any extra manual work for the staff.

  • Performance

Improved form logic and faster page loads, making the experience smoother for visitors.

  • Measurement and analytics

Tracking tools to monitor key metrics and support continuous improvement.

Acquisition

Building the customer acquisition funnel

Since the goal was to scale the organisation and we wanted to double it, we had to secure a large volume of enquiries every week to fuel growth and keep the pipeline full. This meant the customer acquisition cost could not run high, so that marketing spend would not spiral during scaling. To achieve this, the entire funnel had to be built as efficiently as possible, minimising drop-off and wasted budget.

After rethinking the business model behind the first purchase, we launched several marketing channels that guide prospects through the different stages of awareness and direct them to the newly created landing pages. By clearly explaining the problem and the possible solutions, we turned previously passive prospects into qualified leads.

To support sales, we introduced downloadable resources and an automated email nurture flow. We also built in micro-conversions: by collecting basic contact details early, we could follow up with those who didn’t complete the full registration.

Optimization

Optimisations driven by continuous measurement

Early in the project it became clear that customers were being lost at many points along the journey — our goal was to minimise this.

Before

One form, 11 fieldsevery detail asked at once, up front
Abandonmenta large share of prospects stopped midway

After

We split it into 3 stepsonly a few pieces of information were needed in the first step
Follow-uphelp and a reminder for anyone who stopped
−48% abandonment2× the leads at half the cost

Months of measurement revealed the leak: intent wasn’t missing, the 11-field form was stopping people. The solution isn’t always to be found in the ads.

Social media & marketing

The right audience, with measurable results

Our goal was to help VezessJol reach the right audience and turn interest into measurable results.

  • Targeted social campaigns with tailored visuals and copy variations
  • Ad messaging aligned with the redesigned landing pages for consistency and higher conversion
  • Close monitoring and quick adjustments to improve performance

Results & takeaways

Already in the first months of our collaboration, VezessJol saw visible improvement in every key metric. We started with the most important areas and refined step by step.

+35% revenue+93% conversions−50% acquisition cost

The growing customer base and the reduced acquisition cost made it possible to significantly expand the instructor team and the fleet. Along the way we kept improving our business and marketing measurement systems, and introduced several AI-based tools for analysing ads and finances. We still work with the industry-leading company today, continuing the scaling: we are working on the next big plans and are excited to share those too.
