We learn the goals, the audience and the existing systems before writing any code, so we build the right thing, not just anything. This is typically one to two weeks.
STEP 02
Planning
Clear milestones, estimates and the assumptions written down. You’ll know what ships when.
STEP 03
Execution & optimization
We ship in weekly sprints, watch real usage and keep refining. Launch is where the useful data starts arriving, not where the work ends.

What kind of development projects do you take on?
We build and scale full products: SaaS platforms, internal tools, dashboards, custom editors, AI features, webshops and enterprise integrations. If it needs to run in production and survive growth, it’s in scope.
Do we need technical knowledge to work with you?
No. We translate between business goals and technical decisions, and explain trade-offs in terms of cost, speed and risk rather than framework names. Some clients are non-technical founders, some are senior engineering teams, we meet you where you are.
Who owns the code?
You do. All code, documentation and assets belong entirely to you, and we store them in your repositories, from day one.
Do you work with in-house teams?
Regularly. We join the existing team, review code, set up conventions and CI, then hand back a codebase your developers can keep moving without us.
Our development process
Can you take over an existing, unfinished project?
Yes. We start with a technical audit to map what exists, what’s salvageable and what needs replacing, then propose a plan that keeps you shipping while the foundations get fixed.
How do you estimate timelines?
From a scoped plan, not a guess. After the assessment you get a phased estimate with the assumptions written down, so when scope changes, it’s clear what moves and why. Smaller features take a few days, a dashboard four to six weeks, a full platform typically eight to twelve weeks.
What happens after launch?
Monitoring, iteration and support. Launch is the point where real usage starts telling you what to build next, so most partnerships continue through the optimization phase. We can also hand the system over to your internal team.
Technical capabilities
How do you ensure code quality?
TypeScript throughout, code review on every change, automated tests where they earn their keep, and CI/CD pipelines that make build, test and deploy repeatable. Clean architecture, so features don’t break each other.
What is ProseMirror, and why does it matter?
ProseMirror is a toolkit for building custom rich text editors with a strict document model. We reach for it when a product needs editing behaviour off-the-shelf editors can’t express, and it’s an area we’ve contributed to in open source for years.
Can you integrate AI features?
Yes: custom LLM chatbots, vector-based search and summarization, predictive insights and personalization pipelines. We build them as product features with clear evaluation, not as demos.
Do you handle security and compliance?
We cover the engineering side: authentication, access control, data handling, dependency hygiene and infrastructure hardening. We follow OWASP guidance and use GDPR-compliant patterns; for formal certification we work alongside your compliance advisors.
