The design that turns research into results

Customers don’t separate the ad, the website and the product. They experience it as one, and they decide where the friction is greatest. We start where the revenue leaks.

We start with research, write a hypothesis, and measure whether it worked. If it didn’t, we write that down too.

What we design

Most projects start with one area, then expand. That’s why every component goes into a reusable system, not a one-off screen.

UX audit

Two weeks, one prioritised list, with concrete revenue impact

We go through the analytics, the funnel and the critical journeys. By the end you know exactly what brings the most over the next 90 days, and how much.

What the audit includes

  • Analytics & funnel review, where and how much revenue leaks
  • Social listening and competitor analysis, what customers say and what the market is doing
  • Heatmap & session-recording analysis, what they view, what they skip
  • Usability testing on key journeys, checking the critical steps
  • Prioritised list with estimated impact, what to fix first
The process

Research, design, testing, in one loop

Each phase answers a specific question: what does the user want, how do they get there, and does it actually work. The design happens in between.

1. Research

Understanding first, design second

Before we draw anything, we look at the analytics and talk to five to ten users. Most conversion problems already surface here.

Request the audit

User interviews

We talk to real users to uncover their needs, motivations and frustrations.

Design probes

Diaries, kits and tasks that map everyday habits and emotions.

Competitor & trend analysis

Examining market patterns for opportunities to differentiate and grow.

Behaviour analysis & heatmaps

Tracking user behaviour: what grabs attention, and where things need fixing.

2. Design

Intuitive, human-centred design

Research becomes a prototype, the prototype becomes a build-ready screen. Every decision comes with a hypothesis we can verify later.

Information architecture & wireframes

Organising content into a logical, easy-to-navigate structure.

Prototypes & user flows

Interactive models for testing ideas and refining the journeys.

UI design & visual systems

Consistent interfaces that express your brand and stay coherent.

Customer journey mapping

Making the touchpoints visible so we can find the opportunities to improve.

3. Testing

Refine, test, grow

You find out what it was all worth after launch. That’s why we measure, test and improve in the first months.

Usability testing

We watch how people use it, to see where they get stuck.

A/B testing

Comparing design variants to find out which one performs better.

Fake door testing

Lightweight tests to gauge interest before we build a new feature.

Card sorting & tree testing

Organising content the way users actually think about it.

SzamlaBridge, a business interface instead of developer logic

We redesigned the interface of the middleware bridging Stripe and Hungarian invoicing: proactive error handling, understandable table editing and flexible filtering. The technocratic MVP became software that supports confident decisions.

How we work

Our design process in five steps

01

Discover

We start by listening. Through research and conversation we learn the goals, the users and the market.

02

Define

The findings become a prioritised roadmap, where every decision serves a business goal.

03

Design

Wireframe, prototype and visual design, with measurable hypotheses, not taste debates.

04

Deliver

Build-ready screens, documented components, and support during implementation.

05

Grow

Measure, test, iterate. The design is done when the number moves.

FAQ

Still have questions?

What kinds of design projects do you take on?
We work across a wide range: full website redesigns, digital product interfaces, brand systems and marketing design. Most clients start with one area, then expand the collaboration.
Do you do development too, or just design?
Development too, with our own team. We take the project from concept to launch, so design and development go hand in hand, not through separate vendors.
How long does a typical design project take?
It depends on scope. A smaller website or landing page is 4–6 weeks; a full product design or brand redesign takes several months. We give a clear timeline up front and communicate openly throughout.
What if we already have an in-house design team?
That’s completely fine. We often work alongside in-house teams on research, strategy or design-system support. Our process is flexible and adapts to your tools.
How do we measure the success of a design project?
We define the success metrics together at the start: engagement, conversion, task completion time or qualitative feedback. The goal is design that makes a measurable difference.
What makes your approach different?
We combine creative design with research, testing and continuous improvement. Every decision is based on evidence and empathy, not assumptions. We see ourselves as a partner, not a vendor, and take responsibility for both the process and the outcome.
